Cancellation Policy – Covid

If you are prohibited from traveling to our area by Government enforced travel restrictions, we have two alternate options for your booking.
We can either move your booking/ hold the funds as a credit for a booking in the next 12 months or alternatively, we can issue a full refund minus our non-refundable booking fee. (minus any credit card fees and third-party fees).

Unless given some foresight from Government, this Covid Cancellation Policy is only appliable to current bookings arriving in the next 7 days. Bookings arriving out of the 7 days will be addressed closer to the booking arrival date.

If you are still wanting to cancel out of the 7 days, our standard terms and conditions apply. We recommend if you have a booking in January and February to please be patient and wait for more Government information closer to the date of your booking.
