Linda L - 20th March 2026We once again had a lovely holiday at unit 2 Sapphire Waters.We have being going to Narooma for many years and we love Unit 2. Great position,beautiful view, and very comfortable unit. Thoroughly enjoy our holiday in Narooma. The only recommendation I can make is that the windows need a good clean. Hope to be back next year. Amazing property and helpful managers
Martin H - 17th January 2026The property location was incredible! The property itself was very comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was great having access to a garage, but my car was too high to fit. Not a big issue as there was parking available as well. Unfortunately I was not able to complete my stay due to an injury. The staff at Whale Coast Realty were super helpful and even arranged to refund part of the rental. My sincere thanks to WCR and the property owner for this!

Unit 2 Sapphire Waters Review
Steve F - 2nd December 2023Mostly oler style unit which was reanably comfortable. NO AC which was our mistake. Never do that again. The fall back heater though new kept shutting down no matter what settings were chosen. Even after downloading the Operations manual. It was very wet and windy and the main front window kept moving in the wind and I mean moving about 2 cm which was a bit scary and needs attention. Loved the view but would probably find a better place than this given more time.
Good location, overprized and tired property, horrible property managers
Hartmut O - 21st October 2023Overpriced, this unit had some renovations done, but inconsistent. It looks like a 70ties fit-out and needs renovating. The ensuite bathroom is tiny and you have to go outside the room to even turn around. Beds are too soft. Dealing with the property managers were absolutely awful. We wrote messages, email, called and never received any reaction. Access code to lockbox was not provided and we had no idea how to enter the property or where it was. Linda L - 28th February 2023We had a lovely holiday in Narooma. We have been staying in Unit 2 Sapphire waters for many years. We are very happy with this property and Love staying there. We have no complaints and hope to continue staying there in the future. The only suggestions I would make, if it is possible would be a wire screen door added to the entrance door so door could be left open during the day and maybe a ceiling fan also in living room area.These are only suggestions and we are definitely happy with Unit 2.

Disabled access
Margaret - 7th December 2022We were very happy with the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, well equiped and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The view was spectacular. I did ask at the time of booking about access, re steps etc as my husband is elderly and has Parkinson’s. He often uses a wheelchair but can walk short distances. I was led to believe there were just a few steps but the path is more like a rabbit track. The railings are rickety and do not go the full length of the path. As a result he was housebound.

New kitchen but the rest of the apartment is a bit dated but still clean and comfortable. We loved Narooma and are already planning our next trip! Would recommend!

Size- Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids Clean- Yes Bathroom- Old but nice and clean with good hot water Shower- Great. Bed- Hard as a rock. Only thing bad I can say. Pillows- Great Other items- Great location. Great value. Last Word- Would I stay here again. Yes. I would. Just hope they get new beds.
