Stunning Views

This time ( 12th -19th Sept 2025) it proved that we had definitely made the right choice in returning. It's such an ideal location, close to all shops and clubs. The Unit was spotless and contained everything we needed. The smart TV was a bonus, as we were able to watch our favourite shows on Netflix and Stan during the evenings. As we both in our l70s so it was ideal to be able to access our unit directly from the garage

Everything else excellent especially the view from the balcony. Narooma is such a great place to visit, always something to do, enjoy the early mornings and afternoons, plenty of places to eat. Al in all we had a great week.

Nicole W - 23rd February 2024We love staying here. 2 bedrooms so the kids have a room. Beautiful view and great location walking distance to most places. Own laundry and self contained kitchen plus the wifi and smart tv which the kids love. My only cons is there’s no air con or ceiling fans and I think a screen door on the front door would be great to let more air in and circulate whilst still having some privacy/security.
Blackouts not advised
Ros H - 16th February 2024We find it quite remarkable that we were not advised of extended blackouts on Sunday 4th February for 6 hours and another on Sunday 12th February for 9 hours. On both occasions we lost food in both freezer and refrigerator! It is most unusual that as real estate agents you were not advised of these blackouts!

Sharon S - 30th May 2023Sapphire Waters 3 has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Wifi was good, beds comfy, laundry facilities and the view spectacular. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, inlet and restaurants. Perfect position for a lovely holiday in Narooma.

Only thing is some ceiling fans would be nice in the bedrooms and lounge cos it does get really warm inside & both pedestal fans were broken. Also the vacuum doesn’t work very well, floors weren’t that clean and I tried vacuuming twice during our stay (messy kids) and a cordless one would be much easier.

You can spend all day there looking at the ever changing view. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of space for a family. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

No stairs which is great and the garage was right near unit entrance . The drive way is steep but means the walk into town from the rear of the units is on street level and an easy walk into the town centre and cinema.There was a column heater which I was pleased about as we thought it may be cold but the whole unit was cosy and we only used it a few times. . Will definitely stay here again.

HeleneMT - 2nd October 2018We selected this apartment for its stunning views and location. We were not disappointed!! The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. We had one small issue with the blinds & sliding doors but the agent organised this to be fixed on the same day. Beds were comfy, linen was crisp and clean and so were the bathrooms. Everything in the kitchen worked and was of great quality. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Narooma to book this apartment.

Julie - 15th May 2018Carpet needs cleaning. The crockery in the kitchen needs replacing & wine glasses. A coffee plunger would be an asset. The kitchen bin needs a new lid. It would be nice to have new outdoor furniture. We loved the new beds in the second bedroom and the linen looked fresh! I would like to convey to John, Stephanie & his team how delightful they are to deal with, very friendly & efficient!
